Two Year Warranty from defects on materials and workmanship
Island Way Pools warranties its craftsmanship and materials used on every job for 2 years. If you believe you have a workmanship issue with your tile or pavers, fill out the warranty request form below.

Parts & Equipment Warranty
3 Year Pentair Parts & Labor Warranty: Pumps, Heaters, Automation, Lights, Bubblers, ect.
Our 3 year (from date of final inspection parts and labor warranty comes directly from the manufacturer, Pentair. You can submit your claim to us below and we will get a local rep to handle your warranty issue.
Leak Warranty
Perform "The Bucket Test" First
After the bucket test, turn the equipment back on and begin running it. Is the equipment pad wet?
Water can evaporate 2"-4" during the summer months, even more if you have a water feature as well. Still think you have a leak? We can call leak detection. The cost is $400. We cover the $400 fee if it is found to be the fault of Island Way.
Pool Shell
Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and only pertains to the pool shell.
Island Way Pools offers a limited lifetime warranty on the shell of the pool. To keep the lifetime warranty, all water maintenance records must be kept from date of purchase. Your daily water chemistry should always stay within the perimeters of the Langelier Saturation Index.
Pool Finish
Minimum 10 Year Manufacturer Warranty
In order for your pool finish warranty to be valid, you MUST keep all water chemistry records from the date of purchase.
Your daily water chemistry should always stay within the perimeters of the Langelier Saturation Index. Balanced water chemistry is critical to maintain the appearance of your pool finish. Deterioration, discoloration and scaling as a result of the premature or improper use of chemicals and use of chemical feeders are the responsibility of the homeowner or trained pool technician.
